Chief of Staff

Resend is growing fast, and there are now over 600,000 developers using it.

To scale with grace, we need a Chief of Staff to support the entire executive team.

You will own projects in recruiting, onboarding, finance, procurement and beyond.

In this role you will...

  • Build financial forecasts and oversee PnL

  • Run analysis and market research for ad-hoc projects

  • Ensure every new hire is activated to do their best work

  • Lead recruiting of top talent and global hiring compliance

  • Identify process bottlenecks and automate workflows across the entire org

  • Lead procurement of all vendors to identify and nurture the best partnerships

You will be a great fit if you...

  • Based in the United States and able to travel

  • 3-5 years in ops or CoS role at high‑growth startups

  • Expert communicator across written and verbal channels

  • Comfortable getting results with influence rather than authority

  • Proven record of wearing multiple hats and thriving under pressure
